room for rent

Hi I’m renting my room in a shared house in the Annexe, as I plan to move in with my Girlfriend.
The room has a single bed, is shared with one other guy, and there are four other people in the house.
the house has laundry, internet, and all linen.

I’m looking for someone to move in asap, the lease is until the end of April
rent is $400/month all inclusive, and one months damage deposit applies
