      1 room in 2 bedroom house for rent, singles only no couples. Great place, everything in the house is modern! Hardwood floors,tile throughout. Big kitchen and living area, Garage in the backyard to store anything you want. Very relaxed house! Rent is reasonable at $450 a month plus gas and hydro!The bills work out to about 50 bucks a month each in the heart of winter. The house has cable and internet.
