      Room available Jan 15th. House at 59 Mt Trinity in mountview subdivision. Everything included Inet, phone, utilities, fireplace,washer/drier,dishwasher. $500/mnth single, $700/mnth couple.

      My boyfriend and I are coming to Fernie on Jan 22nd and need a place. What amount of rent would you want for January? How long do you want to rent this room out?
