  We have a large basement room for rent in down town Fernie for $375 a month utilities included. The house has satilite tv, internet, gas heat, w/d, dishwasher. We don’t have a phone because we use our cell phones. We have 2 dogs and a cat so no more pets please. We are looking for someone who is tidy and quiet, as we have a 1 year old baby. It’s a great deal and a great location!
