      I have a room available as of May 1st, 2016. 1 block from downtown and right next to the river. Other tenants include myself and my dog. Spacious apartment at LeRoux Mansion — sunroom, big yard, parking, and garden. Washer and dryer shared.
      Rent $575 which includes Internet and Hydro.
