House is heated via Woodstove, great view, tons of trails, river close by, tons of snowshoeing and cross country skiing opportunities. 7 km from the Ski Hill and 15km from Fernie. Price includes utilities and use of local phone line. Most Pets, Smoking (of anything) and parties not allowed, sorry, its a nice quiet place and I would like to keep it this way.
