      I have one large room left for rent in my basement suite.

      -This place is bright and newly updated
      -Fully furnished with double bed, dressers, bedding, etc.
      -Shared laundry room
      -Wireless internet
      -Short walk to hitching post
      -Sweet shared back porch with BBQ

      Looking to rent to a younger adult who’s here to work hard and play hard. Must be mature, respectful and responsible.

      You pretty much described me there, im keen to live with you!
      Sounds like a really nice place, im coming to fernie to snowboard and am looking for somewhere to live as soon as possible!
