ParticipantI was just curious how people get mail delivered around here? I know you get mail delivered to the post ofice. But what address do you put on it etc. If anyone has the full rundown on it i’d love to know

ParticipantBasically you go into the Post Office and ask to open a Po Box, they then give you a box number and 2 keys, you then write your postal address down as Po Box ****, Fernie, British Columbia, V0B 1M0.
Hope that helps. -

ParticipantOkay that helps thank you. And if you are getting parcels sent they would just hold them in the post office i assume? I am looking to use ebay to pick up some cheap gear is the whole idea of it. Thanks

ParticipantIf you’re just here for the season, you don’t need a PO box. I think you would have to pay for it if you wanted one. Just get the person sending the mail to put your name, plus “General Delivery” and address it to the Fernie PO, BC, V0B 1M0. on the mail and they will hold it for you to pick up. I think they hold stuff for two weeks.
