I was born and raised here in Fernie and my wife in Kimberley. We are now growing our family with our first son and looking to get a bigger place with a yard preferably for our fur baby to play in and enjoy the sun. She is a well behaved 7.5 year old pooch and been with me since 8 weeks old and is our best friend forever. I am a carpenter and my wife is a housekeeper, we both work here in town and are quiet and don’t party or smoke. We are looking for a long term agreement as long as the place fits our needs. We can provide good references for work and also from previous landlords if you would like. And I would be willing to help/do any renovations or fixing up that needs doing. I also enjoy doing yardwork and would maintain the property nice and clean.
