Quiet friendly mature couple looking for one bedroom rental

Hello there, my girlfriend and I are planning a move to beautiful fernie for the season and hopefully longer, we are looking for any kind of 1 bedroom rental as we will be working in fernie nearing the end of October. We are quiet, non smoking and very responsible tenants and have a great reference list if required. Any help is hugely appreciated at any time!
