      ready to go, nov 1st,

      looking for individual to rent a detached private studio suite, mostly furnished with all necessities, has small twin bed, if a couple wanted to look at it we could easily get a queen bed, but prefer single. downtown location, no pets no smokers, and preferrably no car, parking is extremely limited.

      price depends on couple or single

      this room will be available as of March 1st, ideal till the end of the ski season, call for rates, single or double..fully furnished, with queen bed, cable tv, all kitchen amenities..
