      My name is jason and i have a room for rent at my palace. its in the annex, and has a deck, with barbecue on it,plus all appliances included.
      its located a block away from all amenities [around extra foods ]
      rent from May-october is 400$ [utilities included] a month.
      This Place is 2200 sqft so theres alot of house.
