      Hi there, i have a one bedroom suite that will be open May 1st. It is fully furnished and all utilities are included.       Hi, I was talking with you a little while about your place. I forget the price that you were asking, but remember being deterred by it. Could you refresh my memory on the rent, and also are you flexible the price? as i really like the look of your place and would be looking to rent it from may 1 until the end of december.
