      Hi There!

      I am looking for a place to rent for the upcoming winter season. I am currently living in Banff, Austrailian, looking for a change of scenery for October onwards.
      I am a clean responsible adult with employment, realtor and character references. Will be more than happy to provide damage deposit and 1-2 months rent in advance. NO PETS.
