Mature professional couple looking for a home long term

We are a mature couple looking to rent a home in Fernie long term. We are planning to be in Fernie late this fall, depending on the sale of our home where we are now. We do not not smoke or party and we will be working in town full time. We do have two very well trained smaller dogs and we also have our own furniture. I have a 3 Bedroom’d home on a large lot in a nice area close to town it will be available for rent October . It is split level , with 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms Kitchen cum dining area with covered patio. Large lounge with gas fireplace. There is also a large family room , Laundry room , the unfinished part of the basement has lots of storage. It has a garage ,carport and rear entrance. the house has washer /dryer fridge, stove and dishwasher. The rent is $1450.00 per month plus utilities.
i would obviously need to know some more about you and your dogs! Who minds them when you are both working?
