      I have a room to rent in a house in the Annex if you are interested. I’m renting out an upstairs bedroom and living room. It will be a shared bathroom and kitchen shared with myself (27 yr old professional in Fernie)

      Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I am actually quite interested in this place because I am trying to get a job at Fernie Alpine Resort so that would be handy. Is the other bedroom rented out already? Also, I am hoping to get a very small dog in the next couple of months, how would you feel about that? How much is rent?

      Hi, I’m only 4 blocks from downtown (grocery store) , house is located on the Annex side of the hwy…I walk downtown daily to work (5 min walk). And it’s 4 blocks to the hitching spot to the ski hill. Think about it and let me know….asking around 675 dependent on utilities.
