      We are a responsible couple, looking to rent a 1 bedroom appartment in Fernie, from July 1st, for one year, under $1000/ per month.
      I will be a student at the COTR and my partner will be working. We are a non-smoker, non-partier, friendly couple, no pets. We also have excellent references from our current landlord.
