I need two things done to my house I am renting before winter.
I have a roof that needs fixing, and a window that needs to be completely replaced.
I have contacted local roofing companies, and have been told (since May) that I am "on the list" for a quote, let alone the job being done.
If you are a roofer, and looking for some money, please come give me the quote, and we can start work right away. I will require refrences of your previous work, to make sure I’m getting my monies worth.
The window is broken, and currently is single pane glass in a window that doesn’t open. Because of rental standards for fire purposes this window needs to open and shut; and needs to be completely replaced. If you know any window contractors, that would be willing to help, please let me know.
