Looking for full-time babysitter over winter

I am looking for a full-time babysitter starting mid-December through to April, and beyond if interested for my 2 year old son. In my home or at your own home if properly equipped for a child, approx. 4 to 5 days a week, must be flexible with my work schedule and reliable.
