      I am moving to fernie and am looking for a apartment/condo or basement suite to rent for the long term that is available April 1st or May 1st. I have no pets and am not a smoker.       I have brand new Unfurnished two bedroom basement suite for rent available April 2014. It’s walking distance to all conveniences in town.Unit is 1000 sq feet,has 2 BedRoom, laundry, full kitchen with dishwasher, 1 full bath, separate entrance and some storage. looking for a responsible single or a couple,non partier,non smoking and no pets.
