looking for a house/condo/acreage

I will be moving to Fernie in a couple weeks and am looking for a place to rent. I’m a young professional that would prefer to rent an acreage type home but will consider a house/condo/duplex in Fernie or around Fernie. I am not interested in an apartment. I do not have any animals, do not drink/smoke, have references available. I am looking for a long term lease.
