I am starting my Coop job in Sparwood in the beginning of May till December. I am hoping to rent a furnished bedroom. I don’t smoke nor drink, very quiet and responsible, I cook occasionally. My budget will be around 400- 550 all inclusive.

Hi Josef. I have a 4 bedroom basement suit, fully furnished shared with 3 others. One lives full time but works full time , the other two work with me at Teck in Sparwood 4 on 4 off so the or gone home on there days off. Very quiet place, includes everything, internet, hot tub, washer/dryer, full kitchen (dishwasher). Would be looking for $450 per month, no damage deposit, avail April 15th.
