Long Term Rental for established Fernie family

      Hi There,

      We have been renting a great home long term here in Fernie and sadly it has been sold to a family member and we must move on. We have great references, my husband works as an electrician at the mine and I am a teacher. We are looking for 2-5 years until our kids graduate from high school. They are 13 and 14. We have one well-behaved dog and need an unfurnished place.

      HI

      We have a 3 bedroom upper in Mountainview that is available for rent in mid April. It has a large fenced yard and is very spacious. It is currently furnished, but everything can be put into storage. We (the owners) have a suite in the basement that we use every two weeks or so. We are quiet working professionals who like to escape to the mountians on the weekend. Please let me know if you would like more info.
