Long Term Rental for established Fernie family

We have been renting a great home long term here in Fernie and sadly it has been sold to a family member and we must move on. We have great references, my husband works as an electrician at the mine and I am a teacher. We are looking for 2-5 years until our kids graduate from high school. They are 13 and 14. We have one well-behaved dog and need an unfurnished place.

We have a 3 bedroom upper in Mountainview that is available for rent in mid April. It has a large fenced yard and is very spacious. It is currently furnished, but everything can be put into storage. We (the owners) have a suite in the basement that we use every two weeks or so. We are quiet working professionals who like to escape to the mountians on the weekend.
