My partner and I are currently seeking a new long term rental. We rented our last house for over 6 year’s, but had to move on as it sold. Preferably a reasonably priced small basic house – garage/car-port/shed is a bonus. Nothing fancy. Interested in places from Hosmer, Fernie, Elko & South Country. We are locals of over 15 years, with great local jobs. Quiet, respectful and private – definitely not partiers. Also have references available.
