      Large, very bright one bedroom basement suite (1100 sq. feet) for rent – 27 Mt. Klauer Ave.

      This suite is fully equipped and furnished, all you need is your own linens and your set to go!

      Rent does NOT go up in the winter. Rent include:

      – Cable
      – Internet
      – Phone (local calls only)
      – Parking for one vehicle
      – Shared laundry
      – Shared deck with BBQ
      – Separate entrance

      $900/month, all in. Maximum 2 persons, no smoking, no pets please.

      Hello,

      I was wondering if you had any condos available for October 1st.
      we have 2 older very well behaved cats – I was hoping we could negotiate :o)
      we are looking for a place $1000 or under.
