The house is located in the Annex near Extra Foods/Liquor Store/Tim Horton’s.

Rent includes everything. There is cable TV, internet, private entrance and a 1/2 bathroom in the room. The room is an addition to the 3 br house.

The room is big! Enough room for living space as well as sleeping space. Furnished (Queen bed, TV, no closet but lots of storage/dressers/end tables, futon, coffee table etc.) or non-furnished.

The room is attached to the house through the kitchen. Myself and my girlfriend live in one room, a Canadian guy in the other and the third room is a jam room. Two of the 3 roomates are in a local band and we rehearse at home so you need to be cool with that!
