Deep in the annex lies my home that myself and my girlfriend live in. We have recently rented our extra single room out to a Canadian guy. The house is Close to Extra Foods/Liquor Store/Candian Tire/Timmy Ho’s
The "couple" room has a seperate exterior entrance and is joined to the house through the kitchen. Available Nov 1. Nov 15, or Dec 1.
The large room is $900 (which is perfect for a couple!). The room is furnished, or unfurnished, what you prefer.
I can take current photos if you would like. Must be staying until at least March 1/2011 and no later than April 1/2011 (can be slighly negotiable after April 1).
Most importantly you need to know you are living with a local band and our rehearsal space is the 3rd bedroom in the house.
We are easy going, and fun, but we also live year round and work fulltime in Fernie so we’re not just here to party.
You must be reponsible, respectible, no pets, clean and the home is non-smoking.
