House Swap,Victorian Surf Coast Australia

Hello,

Had a good response/interest to my add in November but no luck thus far. Was looking for house/car swap mid December 2018 until mid Feb 2019. I ski, you surf,explore beaches, travel the coast.

My family and I live in a 4 bedroom double story house in a little country town Moriac, Victoria, Australia. It is a 15 minute drive to our famous surf beach “Bells Beach” in Torquay. We are surrounded by beautiful coastal towns/beaches , bush-land with numerous activities nearby from golfing, mountain biking, hiking, restaurants, fishing.
It is a bit over an hours drive from Melbourne.

My wife and I are both nurses, with 2 kids and have spent a lot of time in Fernie.(passionate skiers) We are looking at coming back from mid December 2018 until mid Feb 2019 skiing. We thought anyone up for an Australian summer exploring the nearby beaches instead of a Fernie winter would be a good deal.

We would be keen to swap house/cars during this period of time. With work commitments we need to organise a year in advance.

We live on half an acre, have 1 cars, in ground swimming pool/hot tub, and large garden in a quiet court. We also have a holiday house in Mt Beauty (Northeast Victoria alpine region) which you could utilize 4 & a half drive from Moriac.

Hi I just saw your post about a house swap in Fernie. We are very interested in Visiting Melbourne and other parts of Australia. You are asking for a house swap from middle of December to mid-February. We currently have a house on the hill but will soon move to a house on the golf course with a beautiful view and lots of space. Would the first week in January to mid-February suit your plans?
