      Large house in downtown Cranbrook. Nice area. One 2-bedroom suite and two 1-bedroom suites. 3 kitchens with all appliances, 3 full bathrooms, laundry, partial basement. Apple tree, raspberries, strawberries, grapes, etc in garden.

      All suites rented out $600, $450, $450 = $1500/month in revenue.

      Positive cash flow! Rent pays for mortgage, taxes, all expenses, plus a nice profit. Its a great investment.
