We’re looking someone to become part of our lovely three bedroom home in the Mountainview area. Two bedrooms are for rent Рa large Master bedroom (available July 1st)and a smaller but cute room (available immediately).
The house was just remodeled with a big open kitchen /dining /living room area. There is a south facing 300 square foot upper deck with a view of the ski hill and Mt Fernie that is glorious for summer lounging – a great place for barbecues in the summer. Our house is a 15 minute walk from downtown, a 30 second bike to some great trails, and a 2 minute walk from James White Park with its tennis and disc golf course. We have free laundry and internet in the house. The yard and garden is huge with plenty of space available for anyone who has a green thumb.
If you are tidy, responsible, respectful, quiet, fun, interesting, active and lovin life then you’d fit right in. This is more of a dinner parties/potlucks/drinks type of home Рwe aren’t into huge parties (completely fine with people partying at the bar but not bringing it home).
