      -double bed with bedding
      -shared laundry
      -shared BBQ on covered deck
      -kitchen area & bathroom shared with 1 other person
      -bright, spacious and recently updated
      -Located in west fernie

      Looking to rent to young adult who is clean, quiet and responsible…this is not a party house. no smokers please and you must like dogs

      Rent is $500/month
