I have 1 bedroom to sublet out, in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished apartment. Rent is $450 inc utilities + half of internet. It is located on Cokato Rd, in Castle Mtn Condos. Aprox 10-15min walk to 2nd Ave (bars and grocery store). Move in beginning of Dec-ish. Stay until April-ish.

I work at the hill. Am 23, and female. I would like a roomie who is fun to hang out with. Clean, mature, single, and non-smoking are all definite assets!

I am moving to Fernie for the winter, coming to Coach the Freestyle club @ the hill with my brother, and play records in town and around the Kootenays.

i am single, am a professional DJ/Turntablist(ha ha as if i am using that for profiling!!) have a Sweet well behaved pooch, tidy but not fussy, bottomless supply of the dopest music around, and am having a really tough time finding the right place to move into(the dog and mini-music studio setup are making things very challenging to find the right spot!)

The apartment sounds perfect, hopefully you’re still on the look out for a roomie? I’m from Perth, Australia so I’m substituting the surfboard for the snowboard this season. I’ve worked as an engineer for the past three years so I’ve saved up my money to enjoy the season (so I’ll be 100% reliable on the money front). I think I tick all the boxes, I’m 25, clean, mature, single, non-smoker and I grew up with 2 sisters so I get along really well with women.
