      for the ski season, or as early as oct 1st..

      1 bedroom with kitchenette, and bathroom, completely seperate unit with small yard great views and seperate entrance, sweet pad, for a single or a couple with no car (parking is very limited) located in the little italy section of downtown.

      rent will be negotiable but will depend somewhat on heat and hydro throughout the winter..
