Family of 4 looking for a home to rent in fernie/sparwood

My husband and I along with our 2 year old son and our second child thats due in June are looking for long rental, 3+bedroom, unfurnished, with or without utilities. We don’t want an appartment, but would look at anything else. Rent no higher than $1100/month as we are a single income family, unless bills are included.
