      Hello,
      Were looking for a 3 bedroom place, perferbaly a house or duplex in Fernie or Sparwood to rent long term. ( at least a year agreement ) We are moving from Williams Lake, BC – 2 Children, NO pets and 1 Car- Non smoking and working family. Allowed amount for rent is 1300.00/ month without utilites

      when do you need the house. We have a home that will be available Oct 1 possibly sooner. Comfortable 3 bedroom on acreage with garage minutes to town
