Elk River 100-Step Put-in….where?

A few years ago, I went whitewater rafting and kayaking at different times with an outfitter on the Elk River. I am trying to find and determine where that Elk River put-in is, I know it is on gravel road not far from the highway and somewhere not far from Fernie Elko area and it has roughly 100 hundred man-made steps going downwards in the canyon to the river.

Also, where is the better put-out, again I recall that being along the left shore and not very far from the roads.  Maps, directions, pics, etc. would help.

Take hwy 93 from the hwy 3 & 93 dairy bar.  Turn towards Transfer Site and Canfor.  Take right on gas line road to put-in.  The take-out is further down 93 under the bridge.
