Downtown; Room for rent!

Hi! I’m moving in with friends and would like to find someone to take over my room in a house on 3rd Ave. It is a fairly large house and has only one other female tenant. She pretty much keeps to the upstairs so the downstairs is basically yours and you share kitchen/bath. The bedroom is HUGE and has a king size pillow top mattress in it (I would sell my barely used king size bedding to you if needed!) and it has a bit of furnishing. There is parking and laundry and cable, high speed internet, and long distance phone are included. The rent is $500 plus 1/2 utilities, but we tend to try and heat the house via wood stove for the most part when possible! Room is available Feb 1/08 and is a month by month rental but the landlord would like to see it rented for the season if possible. Female(s) are preferred or perhaps a couple, though rent would be higher for multiple tenants. Within easy walking distance to Overwaitea and bottle shop, arena, bars, as well as the rest of downtown.
