We’re looking for solid couple in their mid-late twenties to spend the winter with!

This house is in a prime location with the pub across the road, supermarket down the street and shuttle to the hill outside the front door. We have a large, spacious room to rent from now until the end of April. This room got snapped up last winter so be quick! Rent includes furnishings, linen, hydro, wireless internet and cable tv. Previous experience living together as a couple is preferred. Sorry, no smokers or pets. Rent is $850/mo all inclusive ($425pp). Call us if you’re interested and we’ll show you around!

Hi Christie and Zane,

Mike and I are very excited to be coming to Fernie for the coming winter. Unfortunately we are not hitting town until the job fair on the 17th of Oct. WE have been living together in Whistler for the past 8 months and have been together for a year. We both have lived in numerous share houses and are very clean, considerate not to mention fun and sociable. We are not huge partyers and prefer chilling out and hitting the powder! Mikes a kiwi and a qualified electrician and I am a kiwi – aussie and a travel agent by trade. If you room is still available we would love to come and see it during the weekend of Oct 17 and 18 if this is convenient. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks for your reply! we are definitely keen to come and view you place this weekend if its still available. We are not planning on officially moving until nov 2 – 3 but will oput down a damage deposit if we find the right place to secure it until April.
