      Hey everybody,

      Me and a buddy just rented a house on 4ave/7st, and we are looking for a couple to fill the last room. The place has an awesome location, being about a 3min walk to main street (groceries, bar, etc,), and about a 10min walk to the hitching spot. The room is really big with a walk in closet and hardwood floors. It has a new fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. There is also lots of parking. We are looking for $700 all incl.
