Couple seeking long-term rental start June '17

Hi there,

We are a couple in our mid/late twenties returning to Fernie in June and looking for an (ideally long term) rental. We have both lived and worked in Fernie previously and have family in town. We’re really open to anything, be it a basement suite, apartment or house. 1 or 2+ bedrooms considered. Non smokers. Local references available. We’d love to hear from you if you are looking to rent out your place to a responsible couple who will treat it as their own.

Hi Jenny,
What’s your budget? We might reduce the rent a little for a long-term rental. Remember the rent is all inclusive (nothing extra to pay each month – those bills add up!). Also, you get use of the great facilities at SilverRock (gym, pool, steam room, hot tub). It’s a great deal 🙂

Hey guys, I am also looking for a place…. and actually found a pretty killer deal at a townhouse on west end of town but would need roomates to justify the price… the place is pretty well set up like a ski resort chalet all furnished etc. I’m talking to the landlord about renting out 1 of the 3 rooms myself for $750 and he is gonna try to rent the other two out or he said i could try to find tennants to split the total cost $1500 with me. What do ya think?

I am 28 and from cochrane AB. I currently live in Canmore but like mountain biking/skiing alot and want to be in fernie. I am industrial firefighter/paramedic with CNRL and fly to work from Calgary 7 on/7 off so you guys would have place to yourself for 7 days at a time.
