We are a swedish couple looking for a place to stay in Fernie during the upcoming winterseason 2018/19. Preferably 1 bedroom apartment or one room in shared apartment. We are both clean, quite and no smokers.
Thank you for your message. The suite is 1100 square feet and has 2 bedrooms; the suite is fully furnished (if necessary) and the rent includes cable, hydro and WIFI. The suite is fully self contained and accessible by it’s own entrance at the back of the house; backyard has beautiful mountain views and a shared hot tub. There is a tenant in the smaller room currently; he is working and Fernie and is willing to rent the other room to mitigate rental costs.
