      We have a newly renovated one bedroom basement suite for rent
      Can be furnished or not.
      Rent includes gas, basic cable and wireless Internet
      Hydro not included
      Home is located in the Airport subdivision and backs onto the greenbelt
      Driveway parking for one car
      Upstairs is a quiet couple with 2 dogs
      Perfect for a couple
      Rent is $900 plus hydro (damage deposit required)
