this place is delish. The cabin[thats what i call it ] is completely newly renovated, with a new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom[queen sized bed], living room, the whole cabin was stripped apart, and put back together with new parts . its got beautiful wood stove to heat the cabin,new windows, new flooring, new everything. The cabin is located right next to my house , which is only a 30 second walk to the "hitch hike spot", in west fernie. the big backyard has 2 massive trampolines, and 2 massive decks.The neighbours are all super duper friendly, and are all young and energetic.
The cabin will not be done renovations until may 10th, so its available from may 15th for rent .
Interviews will be held from now until then.
summer rent price till nov 1st=600 /month
nov1-april 30= 800$ a month
rent includes everything, all utilities, cable tv, and internet.
