My boyfriend, myself & another Australian couple have recently secured an awesome house in Fernie from October 1st 2014 through to April 15th 2015. This house is a two story, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on 11th St & backing onto Annex Park. Everything is included (heat, electricity, internet, basic cable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, beds, linens, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc). We have one room spare still so are looking for another couple to fill it to help reduce the individual cost of rent. For legal purposes the owner has requested that everyone in the house be of legal age & no pets are allowed. There is street parking if you have a car or alternatively the shuttle to the hill is only 5-7min walk away. We are all easy going & have lived in share accommodation before so understand the ins & outs of it.
