Hi, I have a house in west fernie where you could have the whole furnished basement to yourself and share the main floor living room and kitchen. You would have a full bathroom downstairs as well ans a seperate enterance.All this for $850 no bills. I was looking for a couplefor $1000 , but would charge less for a single.
