any open homes to rent out for season?

Looking for a homey place to stay at night while I’m out boarding throughout the day. I plan on arriving no later than December 1st and leaving no sooner than March 1st. Nothing fancy for me.. just in need of a “bare minimum” single/double bedroom house for a while. Open to other suggestions… thanks.
