We’ve found out the couple upstairs are moving out mid feb so we’re looking for someone to fill the lease from then until the end of April!
The room is huge and the rent is $800/mo all inclusive (furniture, internet, cable, hydro etc.). We live right downtown opposite the pub (ie. opposite beer/shuttle to hill). It’s a large 4bdrm house, you’ll be sharing with another couple and 2 singles – all v easy going people. We’re looking for a down to earth, solid couple who are here to have a good time but will be considerate of their housemates.
