We have an amazing room for let for the season in our beautiful winter rental. It contains a king size bed and a personal bathroom. This home is truly amazing:

• 3rd Ave downtown location (450m or 5 minute walk to Overwaitea)
• 3 bedroom
• 2 bathroom
• Wood fire furnace
• 2 spacious living areas
• Front and back deck
• Back yard
• Equipment and board waxing room
• Fully furnished (TV, DVD, Washer, Dryer, Linen, BBQ, Everything!)
• $600 per month + utilities

We are 3 Australians in our mid 20’s (1 couple, 1 male). We’re looking for a single non-smoker, who is here until the 30th of April and who is as excited about a season in beautiful Fernie as we are. Move in date is December 1st. If you are interested call:
