accommodation for december?

      Hi,
      im going to fernie this coming december and will be staying until the end of the summer season. I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light on if there would still be rooms to rent this late on in the season or if i will find it hard getting somewhere decent to live…im guessing most will have it sorted by october and therefore there wont be much left? any info would be great!

      We have a couple of different places for rent. One place 15km out of Fernie and 7km from the Ski Hill with a separate kitchen and bathroom for the downstairs and another in place in Fernie. Rent is $400/month per person or $650/month per couple. This includes utilities for the place out of town and doesn’t for the place in Fernie.
