      Hi,

      I have a beautiful home in west fernie nestled in the woods. You could rent the basement suite which has it’s own living room and bathroom. You’d also get to share the main floor with another couple, and it is decked out with a wood and gas fireplces and leather furniture. It’s a delux place all for $1000 per month and no bills. you get cable and internet too.

      The basement is a walkout and has it’s own entrance as well.
